Audrey O. Shipping and Return Policy

We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases.

Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process your order. Orders received after 5 PM ET will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping carrier: We typically ship via USPS and UPS and do not ship on U.S. holidays.

Shipping times: Once processed, orders shipped within the U.S. typically arrive within 7 business days. International orders typically arrive within 14 business days.

If there’s a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. We cannot be responsible for carrier or customs delays.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, or an exchange. We do not offer store credit.

To make a return:

  • Items must be unopened/unused/unworn.

  • Items must still be in their original packaging with all inserts attached

  • Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear

  • You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase, or your order number.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance or sale items. We also cannot accept returns of:

  • Of bags or limited edition items (unless damaged during shipping) descriptions and measurements are provided under each of these products.

To return a product, go to our contact page and send a submission with your order number and reason as to why you wish to return your purchase. We will email a return label. Once a purchase is returned we will inspect your order. We will send a confirmation email once we have received your returned item(s). International customers are responsible for all shipping costs, for damaged items we can refund up to 50% of your purchased item(s).
